[2010] Spouse: Peggy McKeeman, Lives in Wolcottville, Indiana, 3 sons, 1 granddaughter, 5 grandsons
Graduated from Indiana University. Masters degree from Saint Francis. Taught Math for 38 years (last 2 at Homestead), Basketball Coach for 27 years (last 20 at Homestead). Head of Math Department for 26 years. Taught Basketball in Africa one summer.
Live on Adams Lake - like to fish all year round. My wife and I snowmobile, do a lot of traveling. 2 sons live in North Carolina, and the other son owns a fishing resort in Minnesota.
Took the whole family to Ireland (wife and I are going back next summer), Alaskan cruise, enjoy working in the yard, flower beds.
Mr. McKeeman was my 9th grade Algebra teacher at Portage Jr. High in 1970. Despite trying his best to get me to understand Algebra, I just couldn’t grasp it and barely passed by the skin of my teeth. I will however, always remember and appreciate his kindness and patience trying to work with, what had to be, one of his worst students!
