Ruth Malinda Wimmer, former Elmhurst teacher
Services are at 2 p.m. Sunday in Bailey-Schafer Mortuary, Huntington, for Ruth Malinda Wimmer, 79, who died Thursday in Towne House Health Center.
Miss Wimmer, a native of Huntington County, lived in Fort Wayne most of her life. She taught at Elmhurt High School 29 years and also served as dean of girls and head of the chemistry department.
There are no survivors.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today. Burial will be in Mount Etna Cemetery.
