Jay Lee, 90, Indianapolis, died Saturday in Community Hospital, Indianapolis. He retired as industrial arts teacher at Elmhurst High School in Fort Wayne in 1963, ending a 35-year career. Services were Monday in Shirley Brothers Drexel Chapel, Indianapolis, with burial in Masonic Cemetery, Van Buren, Ind.
